Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Sales Technology Business Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. This role bridges the gap between our sales organization and IT/digital teams, ensuring technology solutions align with sales objectives while effectively communicating and translating technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales representatives and leaders to understand technology needs and challenges in daily operations.

• Translate sales requirements into technical specifications for digital and IT teams.

• Advocate for sales team priorities and ensure solutions meet their functional needs and usability expectations.

• Facilitate communication and understanding between sales and technical teams, acting as a liaison and translator.

• Analyze and document business processes related to sales technology, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Assist in the rollout and adoption of new technologies among sales teams, providing training and support as needed.

• Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a sales technology environment.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows, with a sales-oriented mindset.

• Technical background or familiarity with software development and IT infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

• Self-disciplined and driven, able to work effectively in a hybrid and remote team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
