The Pathology Imaging Sales Specialist for Leica Biosystems is responsible Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals set for the territory working in coordination with local team. Maintaining accurate and timely prospect and customer data in SFDC and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support.

This position is part of the Commercial Digital Pathology team covering Minneapolis, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and North/South Dakota and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the Commercial Digital Pathology team and report to the Western Sales Manager responsible for hitting sales quota, managing sales funnel and presenting and demonstrating solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local team

  • Maintain accurate and timely prospect and customer data in SFDC

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance

  • Coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training when require

  • Ensure the integrity of data is accurate and representative of current customer base Required Education, Experience, Skills

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Demonstrated experience in acquiring new customers as well as growing current customer base.

  • Hospital Capital Equipment experience with a proven track record of success

  • Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience

  • Must be willing to travel 50% - 70%

  • BA/BS Degree required; Business or Science degree preferred

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • preferred laboratory sales experience

  • background in IT or technology sales

The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for commission pay.
