Your Opportunity: Taylor Enterprise Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Sales Project Planner to join their team! Your Responsibilities: Project Scheduling and Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans using company tools (i.e. salesforce and Microsoft Power BI) Break down complex projects into manageable tasks with clear timelines and milestones Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively propose solutions Update project plans and communicate adjustments to all stakeholders Resource Management: Assist Project Managers in administrative deliverables for based on project need Track resource utilization and identify potential conflicts Manage communication and collaboration among team members Communication and Coordination: Schedule and manage project meetings, calls, and communication channels Prepare and distribute project reports and status updates Facilitate communication between Project Managers, internal teams, and clients Maintain accurate and centralized project documentation Administrative Support: Assist with RFP preparations, data gathering, and client presentations Manage and update project-related documents and records Coordinate prospecting workflow from intake through to completion Assist with contract preparation and approval processes Maintain project budget and track expenses Salesforce Administration: Update Salesforce with project information and up-to-date opportunity status Assist with win form creation, implementation, and validation Audit high level commissionable revenue for BDMs You Must Have: High school diploma or its equivalent Experience working in the print industry Experience in project management or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive approach to problem-solving Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to client locations We Would Prefer: Bachelor's degree About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
