Job Description:

The Pharmacy Services Technician will be the client-facing representative for servicing clients by providing a providing a high level of customer service. This includes troubleshooting issues over the phone, weekly routine maintenance on dispensing equipment, restocking automated dispensing units, and documentation of all service events, activities, and on-site training activities.

Qualifications

Must haves:

• Registered pharmacy technician with the state of MN (national certification does not count, they have to be registered with MN)

• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

Preferred:

• 3+ months of pharmacy experience in a retail (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) or LTC (order entry/triage side) setting

Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

• You get to set your own schedule for 40 hours per week. You will own the management of clients in a services sense.

• This position has an opportunity to grow into a Lead PST in which you would be the local escalation point for Minnesota/Wisconsin/Iowa PSTs and comes with other added responsibilities.

Work Environment:

Will be on the road servicing 5-6 Long Term Care facilities (clients) for the full 40 hours of the week. The locations will be determined based off of home address.

Will use personal vehicle (reimbursed for mileage)
