Advantage Solutions Retail Sales Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Are you a people person, persuasive, positive and confident? If so, we're now hiring Retail Sales Representatives and looking for people like you! We're a sales-based team seeking sharp, creative people who are comfortable calling on customers in your assigned territory, speaking with decision makers, and generating sales. You will make sure product is available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers. You will become an ambassador of world-famous brands. What we offer: Competitive starting wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6-8am start with shifts averaging 8 hours for FT employees Paid mileage and travel reimbursement when applicable Get paid sooner with early access to earned wages Paid holidays and 401K for full time employees We offer benefits that can be customized to meet your family's needs including medical, dental vision, life insurance, supplemental voluntary plans, wellness programs, and online discounts Now, about you: You are 18 years or older Have some sales experience or willingness to learn Have a valid driver's license & reliable vehicle to travel daily within an assigned territory Manage your time efficiently and work on your own with little supervision Have used a Smart device before or you are ready to learn Can increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling, building displays and making plan-o-gram adjustments and by suggesting and completing orders for new and out-of-stock items.
