Aerotek QUICK START - Construction Laborer in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Expanding Construction Laborers Company seeking for hire

Description:

Construction company focusing on infrastructure construction projects including Civil, water/sewer, power and communications is seeking reliable construction laborers for projects throughout Western Wisconsin.

Job Duties

  1. Gather and distribute materials for the job, ensure the crew has everything required

  2. Hand locate existing utilities

  3. Hand grade landscape areas, shovel dirt

  4. Utilize tools after the Operator digs the ditch line for gas mains

  5. Lift heavy natural gas pipelines for installation, when needed

  6. Guide Heavy Equipment Operators away from utilities

  • Can get into heavy equipment operating, splicing, underground utilities, and aerial linesman

  • Company will help you obtain Class A CDL

  • Work into any of the roles above, make mid-$20s-$30Candidates will be working at the same site for at least a few months, and will move to a different site once the job is complete at that point.

6-6:30 am start time. End time will vary per day, expect to work 10-12 hours (can get up to 60 hours a week). Unless it rains, they’ll work 50-60 hours each week
