Randstad Staffing is HIRING NOW for a Direct Hire Quality Inspector position in Brooklyn Park, MN with a Defense contractor. This company has been in business for 100+ years. Required Qualifications

• A minimum of high school diploma

• ASQ certified or Associate degree in Quality field would be desirable.

• Minimum three years in quality manufacturing related experience.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs.

• Capable of using a variety of hand tool inspection equipment.

• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings/instructions; system schematics/blueprints including GD&T and technical policy/maintenance instructions.

• An understanding of the most current AS9100, AS9120 and ISO 9001 specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

• Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and completing inspection reports.

• Document inspection results in reports and logs and input data into a quality system.

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.

• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
