Job Title & ID: Program Manager HR Technology Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401 (Hybrid - Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite, Mon/Fri can work from home.) Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $80-$125/hr A blend of both technical skills with applicable HR technology platforms (Workday HCM and UKG) as well as people management/soft skills is critical. This role will work closely with the Director, HR Technology. Essential Responsibilities 1. Overall responsibility to lead a team in the post-implementation support and stabilization of HR Technology including the company s new Human Capital Management system(s) which includes core HR (Workday HCM) and payroll/timekeeping (UKG). 2. Understand and identify HR best practices and partner with various stakeholders including HR leaders, business area leaders, IT, other HR users and Supply Chain on selection, implementation, user adoption and best practices. 3. As a member of the human resources leadership team, prioritize the HR strategic technology roadmap in alignment with HR s strategic plan including the technical capabilities, data strategy, and programs required to help transform the employee and manager experience. Leverage knowledge of HR functions and practices to guide the team and make decisions that will maximize processes, software and solutions. 4. Manage day-to-day operations of the team of system administrators and analysts for HR technology systems which includes support ticket monitoring and resolution, project work, process improvements, system updates, and enhancements. 5. Maintain roadmap for respective technologies and workstreams; manage release process for push and opt-in feature enhancements; Keep abreast of technology, industry and business trends to ensure that appropriate technologies are being considered in the planning process that meet organizational requirements. 6. Maintain and evolve system configurations; Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and efficacy of business processes; Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, research and test solutions. 7. Provides technical guidance to super users and support staff on the use of HCM technologies and instructs team members and business unit decisions makers on technical decision points and solution adoption. Support development and maintenance of training and communications materials 8. Ensure data integrity in HCM and Payroll/Timekeeping systems through thorough testing of data loads and identification of intersections with other workstreams, technologies and integrations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor s Degree preferred. At least 8 years of experience working directly with HCM solutions (including specific Workday experience) to support business/HR objectives and activity, including administration of configuration and system set-up. Experience with Workday HCM solution in a SaaS environment required. Experience with UKG solution in a SaaS environment preferred. In-depth understanding of how all HCM technologies can be used and applied to the business. Effective project management skills, including the ability to track status of deliverables, navigate the complexity of competing priorities and simultaneous initiatives, and to provide timely updates to stakeholders and drive progress. Strong communication and interpersonal skills w th the ability to build trusting working relationships and collaborate across disparate groups. Proven consultative and coaching skills.
