Dorsey & Whitney Professional Development Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

We are seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join our Minneapolis office. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating various aspects of our professional development programs through Dorsey U, which facilitates training for the firm, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively, as well as handling administrative tasks that support our educational offerings. If you have strong attention to detail, thrive in a professional environment, and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, we would appreciate hearing from you. This is a hybrid position, which will require regularly scheduled days working in our Minneapolis office. In this role, you will: Coordinate all aspects of select firm-wide professional development training programs, including production, calendaring, logistics and delivery, and utilizing firm systems such as Dorsey Education Center (DEC). Work with program presenters on all areas of logistics, including managing invitation processes, coordinating with A/V and Conference Center staff, and completing post-program tasks. Assist Senior CLE Specialist and Coordinators with all aspects of internal and external continuing legal education (CLE) data processing, including entering program data and lawyer external CLE data into the firm s LMS. Assist with the processing of CLE applications and certificates. Review and file data from CLE sign-in sheets. Review and edit weekly email with upcoming professional development events and programming. Respond to daily electronic inquiries/requests sent to Dorsey U email box. Send prepared communications on behalf of professional development programming. May be requested to perform other duties not mentioned above.
