Ideally with some financial sector experience. Capable of working independently as there will not be another UXer to collaborate with on a day-to-day basis. Experience working in Agile product teams. JOB DESCRIPTION: An experienced architect (XA) at U.S. Bank is a professional adept at planning and designing the information architecture of our customer-facing interfaces. The XA understands the methods and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams, and screen layouts, and fundamentally understands the methods and concepts related to findability and usability. The ideal candidate takes the initiative to study and understand our competitors, market trends, the customer wants/needs, and technical implementation to create the best product experiences and explains/defends design choices with solid insights and well-reasoned rationales. REQUIREMENTS: a. Experience level: 5+ years in web design or UX design (can be combined) b. Self-directed, able to understand how to translate requirements into a finished product without a lot of assistance c. Able to produce work that aligns with our design system, with accurate use of the grid, fonts, padding, and AEM components from our library, with attention to detail and accuracy without needing someone to quality check work for errors. d. Familiarity with Figma and use of standard AEM components (does NOT need to author in AEM) An experienced architect (XA) at U.S. Bank is a professional adept at planning and designing the user experience architecture of our customer-facing interfaces.
