JLG ARCHITECTS Power BI Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description The Power BI Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insightful and actionable data visualizations that support strategic decision-making. This role will also be responsible for developing integrations between the Power BI and other systems, such as databases and third-party applications including but not limited to the company ERP and HRIS systems, public and private data lakes, and other data resources developed through company R&D functions. Reports to: Technology Development Manager Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Transform raw data into meaningful insights using data visualization, interactive dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleaning. Develop and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics. Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on Power BI capabilities. All other duties as assigned.
