Organize and handle sequencing and analysis of >100 species of cave and surface fish for deep time comparisons of evolutionary rates, relaxed selection, and adaptation. Job duties across all three categories include taking detailed, clear logs of all work, sufficient for reproduction of the work using Git and Googledocs.
