Questions to be addressed will include the influence of age on TRM ontogeny, differentiation, distribution, maintenance, and function, as well as mechanisms of T cell migration. Techniques include cell isolation from non lymphoid tissues, flow cytometry, quantitative immunofluorescence microscopy, and mRNA isolation. Responsibilities Include: Research - 80% - Design and execution of experiments and collection of data. Presenting and Instruction - 20% -Present research summary for various publication. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in microbiology, immunology or other related biological science. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated expertise in developing scientific protocols and hypotheses, scientific writing, and outstanding letters of reference.
