We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our client, a civil litigation firm with a busy personal injury practice! The position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and involves representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. The role requires conducting thorough legal research and drafting precise legal documents. It also necessitates effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients in civil litigation cases.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation.

• Draft detailed legal documents for various purposes.

• Maintain open and effective communication with clients.

• Collaborate with opposing counsel to negotiate case resolutions.

• Engage with the court in a professional and respectful manner.

• Monitor and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

• Utilize personal injury litigation skills in court hearings and depositions.

• Uphold client confidentiality and legal professional ethics.

• Assist in developing strategies for personal injury plaintiffs' cases.

Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Should be admitted to and in good standing with the state bar

• Proven experience in personal injury plaintiffs and personal injury litigation

• Demonstrated knowledge of conducting depositions

• Experience in court hearings, including presenting cases before a judge

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines

• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a heavy caseload.
