About the role: CLA is looking to hire a Payroll Implementation Consultant, who will be responsible for the implementation process and client management process of new payroll clients including, but not limited to; information gathering, setting up clients, entering client employee information and loading historical information in payroll platform. This role can work anywhere in the U.S. As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will: Facilitate, prepare, participate, or lead client demonstrations, while working closely with the other members of the implementation team. Oversee and support client communication; provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire implementation process. Provide training to the client main user, managers, and employee to increase self-service, understanding of their accountabilities and the overall module. Accountable for on-time, on budget and the change order process to meet client expectations of implementation. Provide insight into the development and follow best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure client experiences are consistent and of high quality as it relates to the overall implementation. Participate in appropriate Talent Solutions HR Systems and Payroll team meetings. Provide training and individual support as needed to help support the overall team understanding of the time and attendance and benefit modules. Understand and stay current on overall payroll theory to support implementation and client needs. What you will need: A minimum of 5 years payroll or HCMS experience Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred. Knowledge of ADP Run and ADP Workforce Now (WFN) preferred.
