Creative Circle Marketing Project Manager (13098) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to cover a maternity leave. This role is: - 6 months, starting early to mid March 2024 - 40 hours/week - Hybrid onsite, at least 2 days/week in the office (you can choose the days to come onsite) in either their Minneapolis MN or Washington DC location The ideal Marketing Project Manager will have: - 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager in an agency or in-house marketing setting. A wide variety of industries is welcome for this client! - Workfront experience is highly preferred (PM Tool) - Experience managing projects primarily in the digital space (email, social, web); experience in the print space is a huge plus! - Extremely thorough, organized, and can learn from one project and bring it to another. Someone that can understand the greater picture, i.e. if a project task doesn't happen today, what will happen down the line? - Someone who is used to handling a lot of key stakeholders that have conflicting direction on a project, and figuring out who the key decision makers are on the team for next steps Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities include: - Managing marketing projects from start to finish for their in-house agency team. Once the Resource Manager hands off a project to you, you will lead the kick-off meeting, facilitate creative reviews, legal reviews, and ultimately get the project to launch. All projects are managed in their PM tool, Workfront. - Projects are primarily in the digital space, particularly email (they use Eloqua for email marketing campaigns). Other projects will include social (paid and organic), paid media ads, websites, and content. There may be a couple print projects but this person does not need to be a print expert by any means. - Interact with a wide variety of team members and departments to get projects to the finish line (i.e. writers, designers, email developers, data analysts, content managers, web authors, and marketing managers).
