Location: Minneapolis, MN Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (not an on-call position) Pay: $20 - 29/hr. Job duties of the residential maintenance technicians: Plumbing Electrical Appliance Repair Lock changes Apartment turnovers Installation Repair windows, doors, etc. Qualifications of the residential maintenance technicians: Physical: walk, stand, reach, lift 30 lbs., frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally, hand tools, grasp, work in all types of weather Previous residential or commercial maintenance required Boilers, EPA, CPI certification preferred but not required Additional information: Apply today!
