Twin City Staffing LLC Maintenance Technician in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Twin City Staffing is seeking a maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with a strong fundamental understanding of electrical circuits, repair, and installation. Hours: First shift: 7 am 3:30 pm, Monday Friday Some weekend and overtime availability when needed Will train on the first shift. Benefits of the maintenance technician: 401(k) with matching Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Duties of the maintenance technician: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance with detailed record keeping Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Replace mechanical components as required Efficient operation of metal cutting machines to produce and repair parts from samples Provide electrical service to equipment and lighting Perform new construction and repairs to buildings, grounds, and equipment using carpentry, plumbing and mechanical skills Work closely with outside suppliers contracted to do major mechanical and electrical installations and repairs Knowledge of OSHA lockout / tag out requirements Knowledge of PPE used as well as NFPA 70E and how they apply to company and employee safety Requirements of the maintenance technician: Two-year technical degree Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) knowledge Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine knowledge Additional information Apply now!
