CTG is seeking to fill a Loan Service Associate opening for our client in Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD, or Chicago, IL.

Location: Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD, or Chicago, IL (This position will be hybrid - two days a week at home and three in the office.)

Duration: 7 months

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Any Experience with Loan IQ system will be given preference.

• Our client's Product line is Loan Agency - candidate will work with 3rd party collateral

• Work with Syndicated and Private credit loans

• Keep books in records, process assignments and transfers

• Process loan prices

• Ideal candidate to have worked in Assignment and Transfer group, experience working on Trading Desk or Processing Trades or assignments.

• Will also be responsible for some customer service as well. Working with a group email box, responding to emails that has to do with deals worked on. Direct response with clients for wire instruction or money management,

• Technical and processing payments and customer service

Education and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or work experience.

• Demonstrated focus on customer service and satisfaction.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.

• Working towards CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification if corporate trust is a focus.

• Proficiency in relevant software applications with the ability to learn new systems.

• Experience working in a team environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.

• Self-confidence and proven ability to work effectively with high-level professionals.

• Analytical skills and experience with loan agency, syndicated loan, Assignment/trading, and Loan IQ system.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
