Overview: We are seeking a corporate Legal Administrative Assistant to work in our securities, finance, and merger and acquisitions practice group. We seek an individual with previous transactional LAA experience or someone who has worked at the executive administrative assistant level who is interested in becoming a part of the legal profession. Someone who has strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and the interest in becoming an integral part in practice management will thrive in this position. Candidates must have advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new systems and applications.
