Job Description

Big things are happening in the Global Learning and Development department, come be a part of it! U.S. Bank is continuing to transform the Leadership Development strategy and programming, and this role is at the center of this work. As a Leadership Development Senior Program Manager, you will own general and early leader program design process, measurement strategy and consultation for the enterprise-wide initiatives. This role sits within a team that focuses on programs for U.S. Bank leaders and reports to the SVP – Sr. Learning Director – Leadership Development. You will work closely with all parts of the Global Learning & Development team and HR to bring learning to life. In this role, you’ll rely on your skills in project management, relationship building, strategic thinking and influence to succeed.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience

· 10 or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

· Project Management and implementation skills and experience with large scale/enterprise-wide initiatives

· Continuous learner mindset, open-minded, eager to learn and grow

· Executive presence and presentation skills

· Ability to measure and analyze data to understand success of program

· Experience having scaled projects and programs

· Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology

· Ability to facilitate and guide solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent

· Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs considering business objectives and recommend action

Location: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
