Elavon Lead Architect Software Cloud (Multiple Openings) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The Lead Architect Software Cloud position will work with technical designs and use application architecture experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. The Lead Architect Software Cloud will be responsible for the design and architecture of application systems in the cloud, as well as leading and coordinating activities of the team. Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing APIs using Apigee, ensuring efficient data exchange and seamless integration between different systems; Creating architecture and designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products; Containerizing applications with Docker and orchestrating them with Kubernetes, enhancing scalability, and facilitating efficient resource management; Full stack ownership of code including writing production-ready and testable code; Creating optimal design adhering to architectural best practices and considering scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs; Designing, and optimizing database schemas, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing query performance; Enabling mapping between Java objects and relational databases, and simplifying data access and manipulation; and implementing robust security measures in APIs, including authentication and authorization mechanisms, safeguarding sensitive data and preventing unauthorized access. Telecommuting available anywhere in the U.S. Pay Range: $135,200 - $171,000.00.
