Job Title: Laboratory Technician I

Job Description

The role of the Animal Care Technician is to ensure the well-being and proper care of larger preclinical animals. This involves daily maintenance of animal health, following strict SOPs, cleaning animal housing areas, providing enrichment, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the lab. The technician will also handle department deliveries, communicate health status issues to Veterinary Staff, document activities accurately, and assist Veterinary Technicians and Veterinarians as needed.
