TEKsystems Healthcare Marketing Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description
As the Marketing Traffic Coordinator, you will provide project coordination support to ensure efficient and timely execution of all department initiatives. This includes managing timelines, proofing process, team resources, scopes and required documentation for deliverables within approved assigned projects. You will partner with various team members including Communication Leads (writing), Designers, Website Operations, Marketing Project Managers and Marketing Managers – ensuring each role’s contribution happens in a timely manner.
In addition, you will be assigned a handful of projects to own and will provide support for projects that do not have a dedicated project manager by enforcing and adjusting start dates and deadlines, troubleshoot issues, assist project owners with tasks, and ensure data is accurate for regulatory audits.
Set up and triage all marketing projects for member, prospect and public facing project deliverables, ensuring resources (team members, files, information) are in place at the start of a project. Includes facilitation and validation of unexpected work requests.
Coordinate deadline-driven projects including workflow, timeline and data accuracy for owned projects.
Support Communication Leads who own projects.
Troubleshoot issues and reasonably adjust for unforeseen changes and new developments as the project progresses.
Ensure proper closing documentation and audit files are in place.
Manage smooth handoffs between teams (regulatory, digital, print, business owner, vendor) and systems (Workfront for project workflows, writing, creative, proofing and ServiceNow for regulatory review and printing).
Clearly communicate expectations, direction, and status to project assignees and stakeholders.
Make Project Managers/Owners aware of any issues that can impact the completion of project within deadline and budget.
Facilitate Team Status meetings (weekly) for full marketing team and maintain accuracy of shared Status Reports (and individual department & client status reports) as a main communication method for Business Owners and Marketing Leadership.
Set up and maintain user profiles in Workfront system. This includes access, security, and offboarding.
Provide general back-up coverage for other project owners.
Assist with maintenance of team resource library and tools. Other projects and duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree; Demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience
- At least three years of experience in project coordination. Experience in project management platforms to manage workflow and timelines. Experience in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities, multiple delivery channels and firm deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Proficiency in Workfront. Agency experience. Facilitation of team departmental status meetings. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid regulations or other highly regulated industries.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00
