From staffing and scheduling to inventory management and ensuring brand compliance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional store standards. As a profit sharing-eligible position, you will have the opportunity to thrive in your stores success. Prior experience as an Assistant or General Manager in food service is required for this position. Jimmy John's experience is highly preferred.
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and feedback during shifts
Schedule employee shifts and assign duties
Train and coach new employees
Assist in recruiting and hiring
Manage inventory and vendor orders
Review P&L statements
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Address customer and employee concerns
Skills:
Ability to work 50+ hours per week
Prior experience in food service management
Proficient in operating commercial slicers
Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. regularly
Basic computer skills
Completion of Jimmy John Manager Certification Training
ServSafe Certified
