Hiring General Laborer

Full Benefit and 401K

Pay Rate- $18/HR TO $19/HR

Job Description

The general laborer will unload furniture at job sites, stage the furniture, unpack, and assemble it using hand tools and blueprints. Responsibilities include using a wide variety of hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills to assemble workspaces. The role involves loading and unloading trucks with materials and supplies, working from blueprints to assemble furniture, and assisting with boxing and unboxing products.

Hard Skills

• Hand and power tool experience

• Mechanical inclination

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The general laborer will report to various job sites, which may vary each day or week. The role involves working in corporate workspaces and furniture installation settings. The candidate will work in teams with a trainer and a lead, usually in a crew of 5-10 people.
