Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Non-Profit sector, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Financial Analyst, your focus will be on processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Provide advisory support to high-level leadership

• Carry out budgeting tasks for the organization

• Perform data modeling to support financial decisions

• Forecast and model financial trends for the organization

• Work cross-functionally with other leaders within the organization. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of detail-oriented experience as a Financial Analyst

• Demonstrable experience in budgeting and budget forecasting

• Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools

• Strong skills in forecasting and financial modeling

• Experience or knowledge in the non-profit sector is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software platforms

• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about financial issues

• Commitment to the mission and values of the non-profit sector.
