Responsibilities Provides timely and accurate support to teams and clients by drafting and reviewing official statements, handling bond sales and coordinating closing procedures and certain other legal aspects of bond issues. In addition, the Financial Analyst will assist in the preparation and review of continuing disclosure documentation. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Senior Manager(s), with input as needed from the team. * Requests and compiles information needed to create and write Preliminary Official Statements for distribution to potential bidders; reviews and updates client munex files. * Conducts bond sale activities; handles the bid taking and sale process; receives and verifies bids; determines and contacts winner; distributes wire instructions and verifies good faith deposit; produces post-sale distribution list, bid tabulation and post-sale schedules; reviews resolutions. * Reviews legal documents for accuracy; coordinates execution of signature pages as needed; distributes completed documents to various parties as needed. Prepares closing memorandum and facilities closing procedures; assists in the preparation of transcripts. * Assists with continuing disclosure compliance by preparing and reviewing annual reports and material event notices; and updating compliance worksheets with final transaction information. * Other duties as assigned.
