What You-ll Do
Evaluate the Current State of systems and middleware (ESB) technology facilitating intra- and inter-system communication
Based on the understanding of the current state develop a technical blueprint for the implementation of a comprehensive privacy, consent, and security framework supporting the electronic sharing of health-related information with clients and third-party health care providers. Solution should comply with state and federal law and regulations, and current industry practice
Understand and align the solution with the Enterprise Strategic plan
Experience you should have:
Experience assisting governmental organizations in implementing computer-based systems facilitating healthcare-related data sharing, including managing consent to share information and data segmentation for privacy solution components
Experience in developing or implementing electronic systems facilitating collaborative case management related to healthcare for individuals.
Experience working with a service-oriented architecture implementing federally-defined models such as MITA or Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA)
Experience working with government on projects related to healthcare policy implementation and/or healthcare-related IT systems.
Minimum education qualification
- A bachelor's degree in anydiscipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
The ideal candidatewill have:
4-6 years of experience in thefield or in a related area.
Experience in Tibco or similar tools.
Service Oriented Architecture experience
Extensive experience andjudgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Experience determining businessinformation needs and identifying system requirements.
Experience analyzing businessintelligence data and providing reports.
Experience ensuring dataaccuracy.
Experience assessing dataextraction, generating reports, and bugs appearing in operations involvingthe data warehouse.
The ability to perform avariety of tasks.
Familiarity with a variety ofthe field-s concepts, practices, and procedures.
