Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Electro-Mechanical Assemblers who can effectively solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). The selected candidates will perform both SMT and Thru-hole soldering, along with mechanical assembly of boards. The work involves handling 16 multi-layer boards, each about 24 inches in size and weighing between 45 - 50 lbs initially. The boards gain additional weight during the process and require reworking on both sides. The role also involves using a microscope periodically throughout the day and soldering wires, generally gauge 4.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Our work environment is very clean and organized. You will be part of a team of 50 people, each with their own workbench and tools. Our working hours are flexible within 7am-3:30pm from Monday to Friday. You can choose to start as early as 6:30am or as late as 8am, provided you complete an 8-hour shift and communicate your preferred hours with the manager. Consistency in maintaining your chosen schedule is crucial. We also offer a 1st shift from 6:30am-3pm and a 2nd shift from 2:45pm-11:15pm.
