Our valued client, a forefront player in the field of medical manufacturing, seeks an experienced Senior Development Engineer to join their continuously expanding team!
Located in Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Develop converting processes for customer product designs targeting > $500,000 new PC$ annually (>80% success).
Lead development processes meeting customer and manufacturing expectations for quality, cost, and reproducibility.
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools, ensuring considerations like SMED, quality plans, and process capability are addressed.
Act as the primary technical interface with customers, suppliers, and consultants for new products.
Support sales in communicating the value of development runs to customers.
Requirements:
Familiarity with GMP, ISO13485, LEAN, and Six Sigma.
Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation, preferably for medical products.
CAD experience in designing rotary tools.
