Chewy, Inc. seeks a Data Engineer II at our Minneapolis, MN location to work as the member of the Pethealth Prescription Platform team. Participate in system and data tier architecture, performance tuning and help with database development of performance-critical SQL code and data storage configuration management. Architect and implement data integrity and failover strategies for the Pethealth business. Collaborate with other data engineers and work with software developers. Troubleshoot and address data integrity and performance issues in the systems. Learn additional database platforms and technologies. Work with Pethealth s Data Science teams as needed. Telecommuting permitted.
