Currently, Ryerson is seeking a qualified Customer Experience Supervisor to join our Customer Development sales team in Minneapolis, MN. Roles and Responsibilities: - Planning, assigning and directing work for CSC Inside Sales Representatives - Provide all coaching, sales mentorship and training for team members - Provide a cohesive and collaborative culture promoting open, frequent communication - Drive hiring process for new team members as necessary - Appraising performance in all sales functional areas - Drive sales and margin growth that align with corporate/regional strategies - Other duties as assigned Some travel is expected as needed to assist sales efforts to better understand the local markets we serve.
