TEKsystems is actively hiring for a collections consultant for a MN based healthcare organization!

Start Date: January 27th

Job Description

Reviews non-purchased accounts to go to collections attorney

Confirm requirements of collections attorney are met per account prior to placement to ensure compliance (closed border, cease and desist, etc.)

Collect on non-purchased accounts within the Final Referral department (MedCredit, non-court)

Place outbound calls on accounts that were not purchased by ARS

Handle inbound calls on non-court affiliated accounts

Handle correspondence from consumers on non-purchased accounts

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 years of collections experience required (medical collections is highly preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.49 - $26.36
