Duties: 85% Study Planning, Implementation and Coordination: Assist the CPOM PIs and Associate Director with research projects including development of protocols and planning as well as coordinating and implementing studies. Create and comply with appropriate systems, adhere to study-specific procedures, and study-specific materials to meet protocol requirements. Conduct study visits including but not limited to consenting, in-person data collection, and ensuring study protocol compliance. 15 % Data Management: Data entry and database management including monitoring study data for accuracy, quality of data, and compliance with protocols. Interact with data processing staff within the University to facilitate program needs and oversee database accuracy. Assist in data analysis and preparation of study reports. Lead and create study specific databases. Essential Employees The successful candidate will be designated as an Essential Employee. Essential Employees are expected to report to campus during a University State of Emergency (reduced operations or campus closure) unless specifically directed by the Department not to report or if directed by civil emergency or medical authorities not to report for health and safety reasons. As an Essential Employee, you must report to campus even if the closure is less than 3 days. Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials Required Qualifications: BA/BS in health-related field or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience or a combination of related education and work experience to equal six years Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a professional setting working with children or adolescents Experience with computerized data management. Computer proficiency in a PC environment including Microsoft Office programs such as Word & Excel Demonstrated detail-orientation with exceptional organizational, planning and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work independently, as a part of a team and with changing priorities Demonstrated ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize assignments Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse age, racial and educational backgrounds Oral and written proficiency in Spanish. Ability to conduct study visits in Spanish, including informed consent and data collection. Experience with in-person, virtual and telephone communication.
