Robert Half International Client Services Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

An award-winning Benefits Company in Minneapolis has several immediate needs for customer service professionals to serve as Client Services Representatives!

Client Services Representatives will be taking inbound phone calls and providing benefits information to clients. Training will be provided pertaining to insurance, insurance coding, medical coverage policies, subrogation, Medicare payment rules and procedures, insurance industry policies and procedures. There is a 4 week training program to make sure you're set up to succeed.

Ideal candidates for this Client Services Representative position will have at least two years customer service experience and a four year degree. Ability to multi-task and navigate thru any different online applications is also a must.

This position focuses on building relationships and providing excellent service to the customers.

Job details

Start date is July 19th, interviews will start beginning/Mid June.

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This is a 40 hour a week position.

Some of these long-term temporary roles do have the potential to go temp-to-hire for the right individuals. Permanent pay is around $48K-50K.

Hourly pay is dependent on experience, $18-20.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

-MUST have a 4 year college degree, you will not be able to be considered without it

-Customer service experience (those with a teaching, retail, or restaurant background tend to succeed in this role)

-Excellent communication skills

-Customer-focused

-Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
