Robert Half Billing Supervisor/Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are in search of a Billing Supervisor/Manager to join our team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves managing and supervising analysts, ensuring compliance with client specifications, coordinating invoice submissions, and overseeing the resolution of invoice rejections. This is an exciting opportunity for someone proficient in accounting software systems, CRM, and ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise billing analysts to ensure efficient operation of the billing department.

• Ensure compliance with billing client requirements and specifications.

• Facilitate communication with the entire billing team to ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner.

• Coordinate the resolution of invoice rejections and appeals with attorneys.

• Monitor rejected invoices in the billing systems and collaborate with the e-billing analyst for rectification.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting software systems, CRM, and ERP to optimize billing operations.

• Oversee the setup of new client accounts in the billing system.

• Implement auditing procedures to ensure accuracy in billing functions.

• Manage the accounts receivable process to ensure timely payments.

• Stay updated with the latest billing software to streamline billing functions.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must

• Experience with About Time software is beneficial

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is needed

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Previous experience in Auditing is highly desirable

• Proven experience in Billing is required

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is crucial

• Proficiency in Billing Software for Attorneys is advantageous

• Experience with Billing System is necessary

• Ability to generate and manage Billing Statements is required
