POSITION OVERVIEW The CVE Associate Director(s) will work with the CVE Program Director to mentor, advise and otherwise support students and student project teams. Effectiveness is measured primarily by the quality of student learning and by client satisfaction. This is a temporary/casual (contract) position (one or two) that pays a total of $15,000 per semester with the expectation that the Associate Director(s) work a total of 10-15 hours per week. Additionally, it is expected that the Associate Director(s) are available in-person on Thursday mornings throughout the semester. JOB DESCRIPTION: Coach student consulting teams from project launch to conclusion and post-project review. Meet regularly with student project teams and provide feedback and direction. Participate in final student assessment. Advise students individually on all matters including careers and internships. On a case-by-case basis, assist the Program Director in teaching and curricula and program development. * The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position * Qualifications *MINIMUM / ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA More than five years professional experience dealing with growth, entrepreneurship, business development, innovation or similar field. Significant success managing project teams. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in teaching, training, mentoring, and developing early career professionals. *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SELECTION CRITERIA: Familiarity with the Carlson Ventures Enterprise (CVE) as a former student or client.
