Responsibilities * Confirms Scope of Work and contractual obligations with Project Manager * Understands the project(s) scope and plans and develops concepts and approaches appropriate to the construction budget and the disciplines in carrying out the project work. * Participates in code analysis, including NFPA, IBC, and SHPO, or similar regulatory bodies. * Coordinates project design and schedule with all internal and external consultants * Responsible for maintaining team progress and meeting project deliverables deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Assures overall quality, completeness, and accuracy of Construction Documents * Attends meetings with Owner as required by Project Manager/prepare meeting minutes * Works with Specifications team, Project Manager and Owner to coordinate Specifications and Front-end Documents * Ability/Desire to take on increasing levels of leadership and accountability to projects and Clients.
