Job Description
Our custom machine shop specializes in designing and building custom polyurethane foaming fixtures since 1983. We have designed and built a variety of equipment, from insulated door and HVAC panel fixtures to both automated and manual cabinet foaming stations.
Responsibilities
Set up CNC Hass Mill VFN and VF4.
Set up manual Bridgeport electronic Lathe with a digital readout (training provided for the electronic readout).
Machine custom parts from blueprints, handle program edits, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and shut down the machine.
Perform 5-10 setups per day.
Inspect parts visually and with micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and thread pins.
Essential Skills
2+ years of setup experience with Hass Mills.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, cut lists, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Strong math skills to take precise measurements and make calculations.
Proficiency with blueprint reading, calipers, micrometers, and programming.
Experience with manual setups.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to read blueprints and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
Inspect finished parts for flaws and defects.
Knowledge of how to operate grinders.

Our custom job shop is a clean, well-lit, and organized facility with a comfortable climate year-round.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66560.00

1.5 time on Saturday and double time on Sunday
