"Project Manager40 hours/week $36-$40/hour, depending on skillset and experience Hybrid onsite in Minneapolis is preferred but not required (onsite any two days of the week) Long term contract with potential of conversion to direct hirePosition OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and a strong background in project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are effectively managed to meet client expectations and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.Develop project plans, define scope, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and any issues arising.Support Senior Project Managers with superb organizational skillsQualifications3 - 6 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an agency setting.Experience managing projects in the digital, media planning, social, and print space preferredStrong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in project management tools and software, with experience in Workamajig being a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing vendor relationships effectively.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
