Job Summary: As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support services to an assigned department(s). You will oversee and coordinate office functions, schedule appointments, maintain files, and enter information into department databases. You will also coordinate billing and reporting and act as a liaison with external entities. In this role you may also perform receptionist duties, including front desk and phone system support. Qualifications and Requirements: Two years of experience in an administrative support role. Two years of post-secondary education is desired. Strong computer skills - including internet, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn program specific software/database applications. Ability to manage complex data and be detailed and accurate when working with documents and financial transactions. Excellent written and oral communication abilities, good judgement, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to concentrate in a fast-paced environment and respond to frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
