Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the financial services industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves supporting the Compliance Registrations function in our organization. The position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and track registration processes, filings, and reports related to both individual and firm.

• Manage files of active and terminated registered employees.

• Communicate and monitor registered persons’ qualification exam progress.

• Oversee the completion of compliance manual acknowledgement and fingerprint requirement.

• Serve as a backup for timely filing of individual Forms U4/U5.

• Handle routine registrations requests such as ordering study materials and processing department invoices.

• Conduct remote office inspections.

• Monitor the Content Filtering inbox for granting exceptions for blocked websites.

• Manage the Global Relay enrollment and re-authorization process for LinkedIn capture – tracking tool.

• Update Trading Post as needed – intranet site.

• Assist in ECOM reviews and monitoring.

• Perform various miscellaneous administrative tasks. Requirements • Possess at least a year of experience in a financial services environment.

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and Concur.

• Demonstrated ability to use CRM software effectively.

• Familiarity with budget processes in a financial setting.

• Proven ability in managing calendars and scheduling appointments.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in supporting C-Suite executives.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving problems.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
