Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. This role involves managing the CEO's inbox, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling client interactions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing inbox correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Monitor the CEO's calendar and schedule all business-related activities, including board member responsibilities at an art center.
  • Triage, prioritize, and manage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and business requests, maintaining professionalism and providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize Google Suite and HubSpot CRM to manage documents, schedules, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, reflecting our brand values in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive-level staff.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
