FleishmanHillard, a global integrated communications agency is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our St. Louis Brand Marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute against strategic influencer engagement plans, including plan development, identification, coordination, outreach, and implementation.

  • Maintain and develop strong traditional and online media relationships, place newsworthy stories that convey core brand messages, and be responsible for developing creative written materials that engage target audiences and reflect an understanding of our clients’ business.

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage high-level relationships with reporters, bloggers and other key influencers and strategically integrate celebrity and entertainment strategies into integrated programs.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing and social programs for national and global consumer brands.

  • Play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day assignments and work products, including content creation and oversight as well as project and account management.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 5-8 years of integrated consumer brand marketing and/or media relations experience at an agency, including 3-4 years of hands-on social media and influencer program execution.

  • Well-developed skills in building and maintaining relationships with media and influencers

  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end influencer relations, including: identification, vetting, negotiation, creative and content direction, relationship management, measurement and analysis.

  • Ability to give strategic direction to influencers whether organic, earned or sponsored and proven ability to collaborate with agency team, clients and influencers/their agents to ultimately produce high-performing content.

  • Understanding of various filters and benchmarks that make someone influential for a given brand, service, category or sector.

  • Energetic, self-starter and resourceful– gets things moving and keeps them on track.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.

  • Excellent writing abilities with experience writing for media outreach, social platforms and other brand communications.

  • Experience managing social media content and channels for brands or organizations.

  • Ability to illustrate a results-focused approach and commitment to going the extra mile for clients.

  • Experience working directly with clients on day-to-day activities.

  • Good interpersonal skills, can work effectively in a team environment, negotiate approvals diplomatically, and maintain composure and quality under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
