The Sanitation Technician I is responsible for delivering the results required for safe and quality products. The position reports to the Sanitation Manager and works closely with the Shift Supervisor in completing all sanitation procedures and ensuring compliance on the shift. The person appointed will be expected to maintain and improve the safety and quality of the facility by executing a predetermined plan. Excellent communication and active listening skills are needed in order to be able to coordinate strategy with the rest of the management team.
