【募集概要】

サービスプロバイダー部門のお客様(電気通信事業者)を担当する Solutions Engineer を募集します

Data Center Networking を中心にシスコが持つ幅広い製品・サービスを活用することで、お客様の課題解決およびビジネス拡大に貢献するためのプリセールス活動を行います

営業部門と協力しながら、サービス部門・技術サポート部門・本社開発部門との協業を推進し、技術面からビジネスに貢献します

【業務内容】

アカウントSEとして担当するお客様と信頼関係を構築し、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスを活用しながらお客様の課題を解決するための技術的な営業活動を行います

・お客様の課題や技術要件の整理

・最適なシスコソリューションの検討と提案活動

・提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実施

・実機デモや PoC の実施と報告

・技術的な問い合わせ対応

・商談に関して国内他部門や海外開発部門等との協業

・競合他社との差別化提案

【必要な経験とスキル】

・新しい事へのチャレンジ精神

・ネットワーク関連機器(特にルータ、スイッチ)のSEとして3年以上の業務経験

・Data Center Switching (ACI/Nexus) に関する知識と経験

・シスコ製品・ソリューション全般に関する知識

・シスコ技術者認定(プロフェッショナルレベル(CCNP))相当

・実機デモや検証作業の知識と経験

・お客様のためにプロアクティブな活動ができる方

・高いコミュニケーション能力、コラボレーション能力を有する方

・効率的に業務を行い、商談チームを技術面でサポートできる方

・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力

・英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

【望ましい経験とスキル】

・サービスプロバイダーのお客様担当としてのプリセールスの経験

・SP routing and Switching (Segment Routing, E-VPN, MPLS, BGP) の知識と経験

・Network Programmability and Automation (Python, Ansible, etc.) の知識と経験

・シスコ技術者認定(エキスパートレベル(CCIE))

・英語による高いコミュニケーション能力

[Role & Responsibilities]

Customer-focused technical sales professional who provides technical information, design/implementation guidance for Data Center technology to the customer.

SE takes an architectural perspective to demonstrate how Cisco products and solutions can solve the customer’s business problems and sustains relationships with the customer aligned to their understanding of the customer's business goals.

• Refine and research customer challenges in technical context and technical requirements of the opportunity

• Create solution options and articulate the benefits of a Cisco solution

• Prepare proposal materials and make customer presentation

• Conduct demonstration or PoC, leveraging resources such as demo labs, including presentation and documentation of test results

• Customer technical Q and A handling

• Collaboration with other functions such as BU, CX or others

• Research of potential competitive offerings for the proposed solution

[Minimum Qualifications]

• A person of challenging spirit and a sense of advancement

• More than 3 years of experience as a solutions engineer for network products

• Knowledge and experiences of Data Center Switching (ACI/Nexus)

• Practical understanding of Cisco solutions and products

• Knowledge of Generic Routing and Switching (CCNP level)

• Experience of demonstration and POC

• A person with proactive action to propose with the customer first policy

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively, and support the team from technical perspective

• Fluent Japanese communication

• Business level English communication

[Desired Skills]

• Pre-sales experience for Service Provider Customer

• Knowledge of SP Routing and Switching (Segment Routing, E-VPN, MPLS, BGP)

• Knowledge of Network Programmability and Automation (Python, Ansible etc.)

• Knowledge of Generic Routing and Switching (CCIE level)

• Fluent English communication
