Zoo Grounds Worker - Seasonal Milwaukee County Zoo Hourly Range: \$10.15 - \$ \$18.79 Job Summary: The Zoo Worker Grounds Seasonal will assist in the general upkeep of operations of the Zoological Gardens and to perform assigned duties to ensure a pleasurable safe experience for all zoo visitors. Job Responsibilities Park clean up - Under general supervision to remove waste, recyclables; to clean and pick paper; to leaf blow and pick up leaves, to remove snow and treat ice, to pick up and deliver animal food, browse, tables, chairs and other items. Landscaping - To operate riding and push mowers, weed whips, tillers, to aerate, plant, water, prune, weed, removal of evasive plants, to top dress, seed and perform other landscape functions. Lead and Drive - If possesses a valid Class D driver\'s license is able to operate electric and /or gas driven carts and light duty trucks; to lead a small crew of Zoo Workers; to work under minimal supervision.
