• Experience in developing new TDM solutions using Delphix

• Good knowledge about Insurance domain

• Experience in Creating high level TDM solution designs and provide architectural insights

• Experience in Data discovery and Profiling and Applying Masking rules to support Insurance industry compliance

• Good in communication skills and confident enough to present TDM initiatives with client stakeholders

• Mentor team members and provide guidance

• Experience and knowledge working in Agile software development life cycle
