The Headlines:

As a Technical Salesforce Manager you will be a part of the Commercial Solutions Delivery IT team, you specialize in technicalanalysis, design, andoptimizing the development and testing of solutions focused on our global Salesforce sales, service, and marketing technology stack. In partnership with members of our SAFe ART (Agile Release Train), you work across our international business units to build and deliver on a strategic roadmap enabling Molson Coors to offer an exceptional customer experience and win in the marketplace. You’re deep technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce enables faster ideation and creation of new or improved business capabilities. Your communication skill allows you to fluently interact with customers and stakeholders as you collaborate, influence, and develop the technology stacktaking into consideration insights from design sessions, customer research, business processes and changes to business models.

The Responsibilities:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to analyze, design, andoptimize the development and testing of solutions.

  • Thought leader, driving innovative adoption and use of technology and methodologies.

  • Partner with business and IT peers to understand and solve complex problems with sustainable, resilient, supportable solutions.

  • Align technology stack to business roadmap ensuring technical relevance and agility.

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or modernize technical debt.

  • Provide recommendations, present, and influence relevant stakeholders to address gaps in the solution impacting an operation or departments.

  • Leverage understanding of consumer trends, technology trends, competitive experiences, and best-in-class experiences to help shape outcomes.

  • Ensure we are measuring and monitoring performance against critical customer moments and partner to monitor established KPIs.

  • Leverage voice of the customer insights on all aspects of customer interactions to identify customer pain-points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate and positively enhance customer interactions.

  • Utilize customer-centric tools such as journey maps and personas to inform decision-making.

  • Understand the learning journey is never over. Strive to continually build skills, knowledge, and experience. Seek learning from many places: formal classroom, books, blogs, podcasts, seminars, colleagues.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in a related field.

  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of Salesforce -design, developing, and solutions experience.

  • You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

  • You are an Agile practitioner with knowledge of scaling methods, preferably SAFe.

  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.

  • You are a leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results through respect and development.

  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client.

  • Your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style.
